Here is a summary of how amazing our experience with [Lauren] was.  After having contracted covid in 2020 and having spent 2 weeks in hospital I emerged having completely lost my voice - my ENT suggested I see a speech therapist and we were fortunate enough to be put in contact with Lauren in London - we are in South Africa.  I say  ‘we’ as Lauren also included my husband in some of the sessions to help him understand what I was going through. Our sessions were informative and a great help and we found the exercises that she prescribed to be extremely helpful and she accurately assessed my condition. Lauren was very kind and understanding but also firm with her suggestions. The ENT was initially concerned that I may not get my voice back but after 5 weeks I was speaking quite easily and now everyone wishes that I try speak less😩🤦🏻‍♀️.  We both found this to be an extremely positive experience and would definitely recommend Lauren to everyone who needs a speech therapist.
